Resumen
Introduction: Primary Cutaneous T-cell Lymphomas represent the most common subtype of Cutaneous Lymphomas and are characterized by clonal proliferation of skin-homing T lymphocytes. Their clinical presentation is often heterogeneous and may mimic benign inflammatory dermatoses. Objective: We report the case of a 21-year-old male presenting with disseminated macular dermatosis associated with pancytopenia. Results: Histopathology revealed epidermotropism with atypical lymphocytic infiltration. Immunohistochemistry showed CD3 (+), CD4 (+), CD8 (+), CD5 (+), and CD20 (−), confirming T-cell lineage. Conclusion: This case highlights the importance of clinicopathologic correlation in persistent atypical cutaneous lesions in young patients.
